Somewhere out there, there is a previous thread that deals with this, but at the moment, the search engine is not my friend. If I recall correctly, Uproar came along and made the CEA owners “an offer they couldn’t refuse ($).”
Again working from memory, but Theresa (I think that was her name) said that although she was sorry to see CEA go, that they were working on another incarnation of the site which might be up in the near future.
Like you, I was truly sorry to see them go. What will those of us with short attention spans do now?
I keep reading this thread title as “This is the Center for the Easily Amused Dead” and have returned to it repeatedly hoping to find tales of giggling zombies telling bad jokes.
