One adittional possiblity: Many Pagers and newer “cell” phone services are reaching into the 900MHz bands. You could check into any new services in your area. Most often, pager companies in Large Metropolitan areas are using the 900MHz bands due to the lower VHF bands being heavily saturated. Depends on where you live.
