I actually got as far as “new post” → “100 ‘Waiting for Godot’ Characters,” and then I stared blankly at the text entry box for a minute and pressed the back button.

I don’t think Godot counts. Many characters are referenced obliquely from all sorts of literary works, but not included as characters (in terms of these threads, IMO, anyway).
I keep thinking it’s Tuesday.

Well, “The Boy” is always played by just one actor, but he’s not supposed to be the same character each time. It’s supposed to be “The Boy” in the first appearance, and his brother in the other.
