Finally! I guess I’m the anti- **QED** in this department. It only took me two and a half years, but I finally made it to the first major benchmark. I’ve had a wonderful time at the SDMB. Debating religion, playing Diplomacy (and doing well!), getting Pit rants blasted back in my face. Ah…the memories. Here’s to 1000 more! 🆒 ---

I will but note two things: 1. Damn me to the fiery pits of something for not checking MPSIMS before posting in the thread in question in GD. 2. There are several dopers with a smaller post count but who have been around almost as long ( **fizzestothetop** has 220 or so posts, adjusted for how many times I’ve posted as her accidentally:D She joined in around November of 2001). I think **quietgirldownthehall** has the ultimate record for people who have participated on the SDMB enough to be considered (i.e. a one-post wonder from back in March of '99 doesn’t count).
