This is my 100th post. And although I would think about starting a thread about something I found interesting, I never did. I was wondering how long some you other Dopers posted before you started a thread? Or are you still a thread virgin? ---

I don’t start many threads, though. Every one I’ve started has been a sympathy/birthday/congratulations thread for one of my friends here. Not that there’s anything wrong with starting threads, of course. Happy 100th, and I hope you’ll continue to contribute here–high or low posting/thread starting frequency! ---

Thank you for the congrats on the 100 posts, but what I was really looking for was how long did you remain a thread virgin? Thanks DRY. I just wanted to know if I was normal for waiting so long. Abstinence, not because it is wrong, but because I was fairly new and didn’t want sound too much like an idiot. Like now. ---
