Won’t somebody _please_ think of the children!?!!? …oh, wait. Nevermind. You know, when I was around 13, a girl asked me if I wanted to have oral sex with her in a sauna by our community pool, but I thought oral sex was when you _talked_ about it! And since I really didn’t know that much about sex, I didn’t think I’d be able to hold an entire conversation about it - so I turned her down. :smack: ---

And compared to the “exceptions” in this thread, 13 would be early, not late. Furthermore, by “boring” I was referring to the idea that an adolescent wouldn’t want any more than a chaste kiss or hand holding. I certainly had sexual feelings and desires by that age. My knowledge was limited to what I could find in the encyclopedia, though… the internet was a mystery back then. I didn’t have sex until I was 17, but it wasn’t from lack of trying! The only problem I see with the kids’ actions is that they were on a bus. There’s a time and a place for teens to explore their sexuality, and it isn’t during the ride home from school. ---

In 1983, all of my friends (including me) got blowjobs from a 13 year-old girl when we were all 13. We weren’t on the bus - we were hiding behind the athletic bldg. after school. Unfortunately, she actually “blew” us - she put her mouth around us and blew air on it. We all thought there was nothing amiss. Mom: “Please tell me your not sexually active!” Daughter: “No mom…I just kind of lay there”😃 Seriously, oral sex among teens came up recently and some women in the neighborhood told me about this thing called ‘the train’. Apparently boys line up and the girl or girls blow them down. Although I’m betting someone would have brought this up already if they had…but has anyone heard of this? Whether or not its true, I think that young girls probably consider oral sex a riskless alternative to ‘real’ sex and a way to maintain their virtue. ---
