They are under an intense training regime and living in a “village” constructed just for this event. They likely don’t carry huge amounts of money on them and don’t have time for routine chores and errands. During the days, they are training, competing, or observing other competitions. They are being provided with food, housing, services, health care. Much of their clothing, I’m guessing, is being provided by their organizations. Why is it you think it’s important for them to obtain condoms on their own? Furthermore, it’s not only a benefit to them that they use condoms while they’re at the Olympics, it’s a benefit to the entire society that they do so. What is the actual problem? ---
