# 2 Player Xbox One games

Anyone on here know of any good Two-Player games for Xbox One that don’t completely suck. It’s already a crapshoot to find any games that are not just Single Player W/ Multiplayer. I long for the time when you can sit side by side and play a game with someone. One that doesn’t suck.

Split screen is a dying breed these days. I think the latest Gears supports it though, as does Rocket League.

Borderlands 2/Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is an option. The xbox one version even does 4-player split screen.
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is multiplayer local. Rocket League is an absolute blast. Of course, there is always Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls- the family and I have had a lot of fun with it over the years.

I am waaay out here on a limb so if I am wrong don’t beat me up too badly:
I thought there was a technology that used 3D TVs to allow multiplayer.
Remember 3D works by letting you only see certain frames as they are displayed. Presumably we could play a two player game where we both see the whole screen but I only see my part and you your part.
Sounded good in theory. Since we are not seeing a lot of it (or any of it…might have been a game or two that tried) I am guessing there were some problems (my guess it is only worked with active 3D glasses which are less common).

There’s also overcooked, towerfall ascension, diablo 3 and binding of Isaac. Plus the fighting games street fighter etc. local multiplayer isn’t dead, plenty of games still support it but yes you need to hunt for them.

Not with Xbox, I think the PS3 or PS4 could do this with a Sony 3D TV, but I might be wrong on that.

There are also the Lego games. The GF and I played the Marvel and Batman ones, but I assume all of them have the same dynamic split-screen thing.
