I have been to the DPRK and it is on a fairly short list of countries I would not like to live in.

Any chance you can share some of your experiences and impressions?

Another tourist made a trip and posted some stuff about his experience. Apparently, they had another Mass Games a few days ago, one of the only times foreigners are allowed in the country for any tourism.

I’m impressed they let him see the bodies of the two dead former leaders.

And thank you very much for this. I’ve never heard of Vice or its founder Shane Smith but I loved the videos. A beardy beer-drinking guy unafraid of making jokes at his guards’ expense and sneaking around doing things he’s not supposed to really made for the perfect NK documentary. He’s got balls for sure. I got chills when he recounted the guard catching him in his fib with regards to the camera’s memory card. Checking out his other stuff now.
