Honestly, if anyone reading this thinks it’s a silly little thing, it’s not! It’s my favorite exchange of the year. You get to see other people’s creativity (or lack thereof), and it’s really really fun to get cute, silly, frilly, cool valentines in the mail. It gives you something to look forward to at the end of the day - check your mailbox and see who else has sent a bit o’ love that day!

I worked all day yesterday on several (I hope) beauties. I have a theme for all of them. after delivery, and posting who got what, you’ll find the theme.

I forget that busting out the lists takes a long time. (9 hours so far. But I’m blaming myself for that one. Whoever does the organizing next year, only offer two or three options for how many cards each participant can choose to do.)

I spent the time to straight-exchange everyone, so the work you put out is (I hope) what you get back. Because of the numbers I was dealing with, a few of you fall somewhat short of the number of cards you requested. I’m really sorry. If you’re in this for the giving and not the receiving, I can give you more names & whatnot. However, that’ll be strictly volunteer on your part; you will not receive anything in return.
Some of you have a special request* that I added at the bottom of your list. Read it and DO NOT feel obligated (you really don’t have to!).
