The 1951 version or the 1971 version (he voiced a 1971cartoon)? Right now I see one filmed with George C Scott scheduled and one filmed in 1938 with Riginald Own as Scrooge. I don’t see the Alistair Sim one scheduled yet, but will watch for it.

**A Charlie Brown Christmas** is going to be pre-empted on 12/1 for the Presidential Address about Afghanistan. According to [www.abctv.com](http://www.abctv.com) it’s now going to be shown on 12/8 at 8:00 and 12/15 at 8:00 (the second one is the hour-long version).

Any luck in finding _The Snowman_, the animated feature without dialog, sometimes introduced by David Bowie, I think it’s a BBC production? I’ve got it on my TiVo wish list, but it doesn’t seem to be coming up. It was on ABC’s Family Channel a few years ago, but they actually squashed the scene to play their running ticker of shows coming up below the scene. I always enjoyed it --old time soft animation, haunting music, cute story, – it’s a good cartoon – it enraptures kids who’re too young to understand spoken words, and winds them down, so you can put them to sleep.
