I got (homemade!) cards from Susie Derkins, Pandora, and Annie-Xmas today. Whee!
Wow, I only sent your card out yesterday afternoon… I know it didn’t have all that far to go, but I’m rather impressed that the post office got it to you in less then 24 hours.
i windsailed over to the post office and got more poe stamps. the post box shall groan under the weight of the valentine missives upon the morrow.
having opened my windfall of cards today, i see i’m gonna have to up the creative juices next year.

I am getting some great cards. I am headed to work now but wanted to say thanks to those so far. Mine are in the mail but I think they may not make it before Valentines Day for some of you.

Damn, I’m getting a really guilty conscience here over all the cool and nifty cards everyone is getting. Me, being born with ten thumbs and no sence of what looks good, took the way to easy way out and bought stuff…

Buying is fine – seriously, most years at least half of the cards sent are store-bought. The main reason to do this is to get a week’s worth of frivolous mail! (And as you start receiving yours, you’ll find that a lot of times “homemade” means a computer printout, some stickers and a handwritten greeting, or the like.)
