The problem with us is we lack consistency. The England team is like our weather - you really canā€™t say what itā€™ll be like with much certainty from one day to the next. The US couldnā€™t beat top form English team, and they could nock a couple of goals up against a lackluster one; itā€™s just a matter of which team has showed up today. ---

Must be a condition of TV rights that you mention FIFA at every opportunity. In my day it was just ā€œthe World Cupā€.
