Death rays redux.

I surprised that the KKK doesn’t have better physicists and engineers at work on this.

It does sound like entrapment at some level, stupid guy starts by mouthing off to his stupid friends, then the feds step in and drag him to the point where they can say he’s committing a crime. But I guess there’s a lesson there.
