# 2012 College Football Week 3

It’s kind of fun to see Northwestern and Minnesota at 3-0 above Nebraska, Michigan, MSU and Iowa. I read recently that Northwestern is only the 4th team in the last 5 years to start off 3-0 against BCS eligible teams (Syracuse, Vandy and BC). And they play South Dakota next week so they _should_ head into conference play at 4-0. The B1G is really wide open this year.

I’m surprised it’s been done 4 times. \*Nobody \*opens their season with 3 BCS schools.
