At the risk of being the third or fourth person posting this same quote again… Nate Silver: “After it was wobbling back and forth too aggressively early in the evening, we have the model tuned to a conservative setting, where it’s mostly just waiting for called races. There are a bunch of toss-up races that could be called for Democrats soon — most notably the Virginia 2nd and Virginia 7th, where they have very small leads. And Mike Coffman’s district in Colorado, which hasn’t been called yet by ABC News, probably will be soon.” So less aggressive… ---

Florida governor needs 50+1 or it’s a runoff right? Desantis is at 50% with 94% reporting and Gillum at 48.8%. Gillum won’t win tonight but there is still a chance he might not yet lose … ---

While I like that news I tend to not pay much attention to MSNBC (the FOX News of the left). Not saying they are wrong and I hope they are right but not a prediction I’d take any more seriously than one from FOX. I have generally liked Nate Silver and 538 because I think they go where the numbers take them but in this case they got something wrong. I am willing to bet there are going to be some finger pointing at 538 tomorrow. They screwed up that part and someone is gonna pay. ---

For whatever reason, again, FOX NEWS! has projected that the DEMS will control the House of Representatives. I have no idea what they are basing that on except possibly Nathaniel Rakich showed up. ---

from Bloomberg Democrats need a net gain of 23 seats to flip the House. So far they’ve gained 2 seats, with 277 races to go. pollsters??? ---
