I quite disagree on your vehicular homicide criteria. My view is that these should only be included if there was an **intent** to kill people–not if the driver was simply driving too fast and not paying attention. ---

Maybe there needs to be a thread on mass shootings. We have so many mass shootings that don’t get much notice because there aren’t a lot of deaths, or any in some cases. But they’re still mass shootings by definition. Memphis had four just in September. But if it’s a homicide I guess it’s a killing so it really does belong here. ---

Mass killings with more than 4 casualties, mass shootings with/without casualties, mass shootings with guns purchased legally, mass shootings in schools, etc ---
