He’s only a billionaire based on properties that nobody wants to buy. And I wouldn’t trust the assessed values of those properties either. ---

It is called auto correct, I did not sufficiently review my post before hitting reply. You are wise to question my claim of business deals in the eight figure range. Perhaps if we talk enough about Industrial Development Revenue Bonds , the downside of accelerated depreciation , the annual sales needed to attract VC and other things a basement dweller would not know about, that will give some credence to my claims.
