had 51 votes if the independents joined in. Unfortunately, back then 60 votes were required. So it wasn’t all Dems and the Dems didn’t have a majority to ram thru with only their caucus. Remember that? ---

Yeah Biden with the “that was because of a repub Congress” wasn’t a great answer. But overall, I can’t see how anybody who isn’t a trump fanboy can be saying trump is doing well at all. ---
