I wonder what else it could be. Ashley Judd [specifically mentioned “mental illness”](https://imgur.com/a/IzZGxEA) as the cause. I’ll be interested in what the toxicology says. ETA: [This](https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/naomi-judd-dead-the-judds-singer-dies-at-76/) article says that she’d battled severe depression. And she had Hep C. I’m inclined to think suicide, but I’m not sure. ---

I assume suicide, as the news ran an old interview with Naomi mentioning suicide in a discussion of her depression. ---
