As DeathMistress I will remind people that the rules for celebrity have always been flexible, mainly relying on a death to be publicized in major news outlets. So your Aunt Ruth who got mentioned in the local paper for winning a pie contest at the county fair, isn’t really a celebrity. But a pie winner who got on the national news, for whatever reason( it happened here in Kansas a few years back) could be considered a celebrity. And if anyone ever has a question about the status of a pick, you can ask me about it in a PM. ---
