Well, I guess our days of watching games are pretty much over. Most of them are being shown on FanDuel, and I refuse to pay $200/yr. for the service. Some games are on other accessible channels, but most are on too late for us to bother with. So the NBA can just fuck right off. ---

Does anyone care about the Emirates Cup, or whatever they call it? The in-season tournament? The Suns announcers sure spend a lot of air time pontificating about it. I could care less. Nice cashola for the players, but other than that, meh. ---

It seems ‘forced’ and those courts are awful, but I guess it does help the NBA get attention before the traditional Christmas Day games. I’m sure the NBA knows the NFL has their eye on taking Christmas Day for their own tradition. ---

I just want to watch the games. I don;t care about some mosty-meaningless tournament. If the announcers would shut up, but they spend minutes disusing the possibilities of who can get in. Other than on-line gambling I can’t think of more useless and boring announcer talk. And I’ve listened to Randy Johnson take three innings to tell a one minute anecdote! ---

I asked AI if there were any teams that haven’t played on Christmas Day. Supposedly it’s the Grizzlies and the new Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets. I sure don’t remember the Blazers being on Christmas in a long time, but it was 2018 at the Jazz. ---

Celtics beat the Raptors 125 - 71. That’s just embarrassing. They would have won by 9 if they scored ZERO points the entire first half. They would have won by 4 if you only counted their 3 pointers and free throws.
