I played sweeper on my Varsity High School team ('82 Eastern Maine State Champs) - as the article say, he’s credited with creating the position - so I was a big Beckenbauer fan. ---

It looks like it was true and despite everything, I do feel sympathy for Melania and the rest of the family. ---
