Did Pete Best get a good amount of money from the Beatles portion of his life? I mean, if he was collecting $100,000(or pounds) a year, I’d call that pretty good for a two year stint in a band that went big after he left it. Kind of reminds me of the guy who played Alvin on the Cosby show. He was making $100,000+ in residuals until Cosby’s horrific past was fully exposed and his cash was cut off, since networks pulled Cosby Show airings at that time. I felt for him, since residuals for a show you made a big amount of appearances on provide decent salary years on. ---

I am and I legit forgot\* the characters name was with an “E”. Yes, Geoffrey Owens. He took a job at Trader Joe’s because his income went to zero when Cosby Show went off the air. I think he has been getting more work since then, though. \*more like I had no idea. I watched as a kid and heard “Alvin” even if they were saying “Elvin”. I don’t think I’ve heard that name in real life. ---

He was [still working](https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/entertainthis/2019/01/27/sag-awards-2019-geoffrey-owens-life-changing-trader-joes-job-shaming/2696855002/) as an actor when he was job-shamed in 2018. And he was an acting teacher, and a judge also served as a judge for the National Shakespeare Competition semi-finals for at least 25 years. But, yeah, his career went through a lot of variation since the Bill Cosby story broke. But he’s certainly had a lot more success in the last few years. ---
