If there’s no definitive data of birth, then the rules say that the later number is used, resulting in the lowest points being awarded. ---

Since her birthday was adjudicated to be 1951, and that’s the year that results in the fewest points, that would be the year that we would use. That’s my understanding of the rules, anyway. ---
