Higher humidity alone makes a difference. Actual precipitation is even better. I’m in Big Bear this weekend and they’ve been cycling the power across the town from sunup to sundown to lower the power on the transmission lines. We’re also expecting between 3 and 18 inches of snow (how’s that for precision). ---
