Indeed, I felt I might have put the tiniest bit of bad juju on her. I hope not of course because she did a GREAT job on covering a role so well acted by Sally Kellerman in the movie version of “MASH”. May the two “hot lips Houlihans” be reunited in heaven. 🙏🙇🙏 ---

Helps that the later seasons, Margaret softens and obviously the brutality of the war and what she sees from the soldiers gets to her. Kind of like Charles. Starts out a pure American who supports the war…ends up realizing the whole thing is just hell. I love that Hot Lips decides in the end…to leave the army and get a job in a regular civilian hospital. Goes against what her father raised her for, but she was just done with the military. ---
