“Illness” in a press release can cover a lot of things I wouldn’t consider an illness in conversation. A heart attack could be cardiovascular disease. But also sometimes an illness like the flu can turn very quickly. My otherwise healthy cousin thought she was just a little sick but she collapsed and died within a day. Influenza that turned into septic shock. ---
