Didn’t anyone else question why Wormtongue would help the prez? It seemed a little weak that he would do so just because he’s a weasel and that’s what weasels do. And I can’t believe the prez was saved by the bell (or phone) _again_. If he survives this he should really go buy a lottery ticket. ---

Here’s the thing that I don’t understand (other than why they didn’t play it for everyone and their brother rightaway) (or why they didn’t make several copies, soft copies on servers and hard copies on disks immediately): They get the file and immediately say “Chloe, we need you to modify this one-of-a-kind, extremely important, incriminating to the highest level of government, digital recording. Just go ahead and tweak sound levels, clean it up, and put an “authentication stamp” on it. Just take this file and run amuck! Further, how would Chloe do this _without_ pulling it down to her computer? Further further, if she _was_ working from the recorder itself, wouldn’t she have noticed immediately when Miles deleted/tampered with the thing?! I mean, c’mon, make an effort, folks! ---

Jack asked about Audrey’s condiition, but he seems to have forgotten that he left Hot FLOTUS Aid bleeding to death in a hotel room a few hours ago. Won’t someone please rescue Hot FLOTUS Aid? On a side note, I watched _Good Night and Good Luck_ this weekend. It was interesting to see Aaron and the VP in it (as well as creep-o from _Prison Break_). ---

And, WTF about Aaron: He looked tied up and a little bloodied about the face. He was facing Logan and said something about how he’s not fit to be in office, a disgrace, etc. He was pissed. How did I miss this? I had the episode on Tivo, and promptly erased it after the show (I didn’t think I missed anything :smack: ) When did this happen? Damnit woman, I told you not to call me during 24! ---

(As in twisty!) SR 118 is the Ronald Reagan Freeway and is a patriotic place to land. As I grew up in the shadow of that freeway, I have a hard time thinking of any stretch of that freeway long enough where you wouldn’t hit an overpass. The way it was described, the plane was landing heading east and came up just short of the Balboa overpass (and there is such a thing). But the next overpass is at Louise Ave and that’s closer than 4000 ft. ---
