I am wondering if this is more about keeping the team or not being declared incompetent. He has to know that this is going to happen whether he likes it or not, but he has time and money so he might as well make it as ugly and painful on the ex and NBA as he can. ---

Ex? Shelly Sterling is still his wife. She can’t divorce him or she isn’t a part of the Trust anymore or something and it would kill the deal. She’s been holding onto signed divorce papers for a long time now. ---

80 years old and in ill health with possible Alzheimer’s, let him have his money, he won’t be able to enjoy it much. At this point, all I care about the is the team and those it employs. I don’t care that Sterling’s getting the money because he’s had a lot of money already that he can’t spend. He’s the cancer, getting rid of him is the goal ---
