And, apparently a loaded pistol in easy reach. I’ve had a Pit Bull, and a Pit Bull/GSD mix, and they were sweet dogs, who went to obedience classes, and got walked every day. 10 of any breed in a small space is insane. There’s no way those dogs were trained or safely maintained. ---

I’m thankful the kid will still get help. Both doctors deserve a lot of credit for doing the right thing. KFC isn’t withdrawing the money either. $30,000 is pocket change to KFC. Is the family going to give back all the donations from ordinary people who may have sacrificed to give to her fund, and maybe aren’t feeling so charitable, now that they know they’ve been duped? I’m glad at least there is a 3rd party trustee, or the next thing we’d probably hear is that money is being funneled into the grandfather’s legal fund. I’ll bet he’s out on bail, and a lot of the dogs got put down.
