—The current standard seems to be to include on the list every country that has spoken favourably of the war as ‘part of the coalition’.— Which is just how shallow it all is. We didn’t need huge bribes and threats to get the world on our side in 1991. We didn’t scramble around counting “sigh, okay, we can’t really do anything about it anyway, and you’re threatening to spurn us if you don’t” as broad support. ---

Well elucidator you are very very wrong. You could have bought Uruguay with a couple of nickles. The president of that country is more than pathetic. Some months ago in the height of Argentina’s crisis things in Uruguay were kind of shaky, after all we are their major traiding partner so when we have a problem… well so do they. Anyway Uruguay’s president granted an interview to a foreign news network (Bloomberg) that network had the audacity to leave the camera on after the interview had concluded. At that moment the president lost it and started to insult Argentina’s president. Next morning he was in Buenos Aires (Argentina’s capital) giving a blowjob to our president. The moral of the story? that a guy that needs to apologize to the less powerfull man in the world (our president) is just pathetic (as I have already mentioned). Demand a refund. ---

I seem to be having a problem with three words: Know, now and no. I now they have different meanings but my latin intelect seems to think that they are interchangeable. I promise from know on I will be more carefull. 🙂 ---

Chaos God, I hope you are not offended by my comments about your president. I hate your president but I don’t hate uruguayans in the same way that I hate Bush but I don’t hate americans (well except from Rumsfeld, Cheyney, Fleischer an Barney the Dinosaur). regnad kcin you have my same problem. I can’t believe the stupidity of the american administration to claim that they have lots of silent partners. I wouldn’t even mention it because that is such bad publicity. ---

As near as I can tell, most countries simply have absolutely no interest in the war, and neither do their citizenry. Why should Loasians care about it? It has nothing to do with them. Pretty much every South American and African country falls into this case, as well as many Asian ones. ---
