# 4/23/06 MS Walk. Contributions accepted.

On April 23rd I am going to take place in a 6 mile walk for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and need your support. Although I do not know anyone with MS personally I feel this is a great cause to support. This will also be my first long distance walk after losing weight. Anything you can donate to them would be appreciated. According to the flyer they sent out last year the average walker raised over $350.00 if you want to donate you can print out and mail in a [pledge sheet](https://www.nationalmssociety.org//NJM/event/event_page.asp?p=33302&e=12150). Please E-mail me for my address if you will be mailing in a plege sheet so I can get credit.
I believe you can also [sponsor me online](https://www.nationalmssociety.org//njm/personal/default.asp?pa=54527253&pd=NJM0EWLK20060423SEA) but I’m not sure if you have to register with them before you can use that link.

What is the deadline for contributions, **MannyL**? I’d like to help, but I donated a little more money than I should to a friend’s cause recently and it’d be helpful if I could wait a bit.

According to thier site “Pledges may be brought the day of the Walk or mailed by June 9, 2006”
