Cuba should just say that they were bringing in fentanyl, and by sinking that boat they saved 50,000 Cubans.

If they actually gather facts before making a public pronouncement that would be 180 degrees from how DHS handled Minneapolis. The facts must be particularly damning, if they’re actually showing restraint instead of getting out in front. “Act accordingly” could mean “sweep it under the rug and hope it all goes away quickly and quietly.”
