It’s actually one of my fantasies to know enough about food (all food) to be considered a snob in every aspect. I’d love to say “you ignorant bafoon” when someone slathers wasabi on a soy-complimentary dish. Then again, people say I’m a bastard. 🙂

I don’t like soy sauce on anything, especially not on sushi.

I’m going to Origami in downtown Minneapolis this very night. I’ve already been told to get the mackarel, so I consider this thread a thumbs on the idea.
