I’m guessing that the only way to tell is to post the actual link and see if anyone else can duplicate it. If the site would embarrass you to reveal it, you may just be SOL getting an answer here. ---

Unless you were up to some shenanigans or there’s another reason to suspect they’d want to single you out. It’s more commonly used because that file is set to not be accessible. HTTP 403.6 is a sub status error code indicating that the client IP address was rejected. ---

Sometimes it helps to go to the main site. No joy in this case but it does provide the more helpful error message, “Site temporarily unavailable”. ---

For future reference, there’s the aptly named site DownForEveryoneOrJustMe.
