You are searching for loopholes to make it sound bad. If a person wants to ask a person for a sexual act (outside of the workplace and if they are legal age mentally and chronologically) They can ask, no law says otherwise. If the person says no and you ask again or in any way threaten or coerce, that is harassment. Additionally he gave a “Rated MA for sex and nudity” warning before the incident and they chose to continue watching long enough for an over weight middle aged man to remove all of his clothes (presumably coat and shoes too, since the girls said they had coats on) Do you know how long it takes an over weight middle aged man to remove all of his clothing? it takes a while, yet they watched the whole time. He is allowed to get naked and masturbate in his hotel room. He would have done it if they were there or not. Again they choose to stay and watch the show.
