I have 13. 1. Have a really stupid accident which necessitates a hospital visit: popped my shoulder out playing handball and couldn’t get it back in. 2. Shoot something: Entered a lot of rifle competitions as a teen. 3. Boot Linux on your home PC: Did jack with it, but it booted. 4. Get lost in a country where you don’t speak the language 5. Pull a shemale by mistake (but realise in time…):German, naturally. No body fluids were exchanged 6. Refill an inkjet cartridge 7. Light a fire with petrol 8. Live abroad. 9. Stay up all night listening to a girl have an emotional crisis 10. Lick the terminals of a 9 volt battery 11. Stay at the office for more than 24 hours 12. Drive at least 600 miles in a day on two lane roads 13. Read a 500 page book in one sitting And two maybes: 14. Completely dismantle an object larger than yourself: Does assembling something larger than myself count? 15. Escape a perfectly justified parking ticket.: No, but I escaped a perfectly justified speeding ticket. I’ve also gotten really bad sunburns, but not in any amusing patterns. ---

I must say… I have NEVER refilled an inkjet cartridge But, I’m 45. I don’t think refillable inkjet cartridges were in wide use when I turned 30. ---

I turned 30 just last month … let’s see here … 1. Have a really stupid accident which necessitates a hospital visit I sprained my wrist by slipping in pooled water on the floor during the rain scene while performing in _The Rocky Horror Picture Show_. I’ve had a lot of stupid accidents, but this is the only one I went to the hospital for. 2. Shoot something Does it count if you weren’t shooting a _real_ gun? I’ve played paintball. 3. Take a weekend break more than 1000 miles from home Done that–48 hours of weekend, 25 hours of driving. 4. Make a pointless modification to your house I once painted an assortment of things on my kitchen wall because the landlord told me he was gutting the house as soon as I moved out. 5. Buy a samurai sword I have a Celtic short sword, and I think it should count. But I _did_ once buy a katana for somebody else. 6. Delay paying a bill until the summons arrives Pfft. Of course I have. 7. Do a J turn in order to beat somebody to a parking space Many people get road rage. I get parking lot rage. _Do not_ take my spot. 8. Smash a CRT I did that last weekend. Strangely satisfying. 9. Tip a waiter with something other than money I vividly remember running out of cash and tipping a waiter with a joint.
