I went out just before 1:00 to do some grocery shopping. As I was driving home the calm, impartial CBC Radio News described the Congressional activities as “a circus”. And by the time I got things put away and went to the computer and checked this thread, I found out that I’m apparently living next door to a third-world country. ---

They were, but were outnumbered. Discretion, valor, etc. Protestors are inside Statuary Hall, but they look more like tourists: there are only a handful, singly or in twos, and they’re snapping selfies. ---
