High 60s/low 70s is perfect. But, this thread notwithstanding, it seems most people prefer the hotter temperature, and think others are freakish for liking it moderate. It gets to the mid 90s in summer here, but cools down quick at dusk so that’s nice. And I **like** wearing a sweatshirt or jacket for good parts of the year. You tropical/Arizona people puzzle me. Edit2: Flagstaff is nice. ---

If I had to choose between those two temperatures, it would be 66° without question. I’d like it to be in the low to mid seventies, but I’d take almost anything rather than a temperature in the 90s. ---

Until I went through menopause, I was quite OK with hot weather - working, hiking, biking or just existing, it was all good no matter how hot. But for me, menopause has permanently affected my personal thermostat. I do my gardening at dawn in summer, and dogs get walked/run/biked very early in the day, or in the evening (but then, mosquitoes, so early is better.) I’ll work outside during the day when I have to - and my line of work often requires working outside so I suck it up and deal - but nowadays given my druthers, I’m inside with fans and the AC cranked to Arctic. Both my aunt and my mother told me that after meno, heat was just unpleasant, and I now see what they were talking about. ---

I’d love it if the temperature dropped to 90F. That’s right, I said “dropped”. It’s been 95F to 100F here for the past couple of months. ---

It’s been over 100° in Tucson for a couple of weeks now. Tomorrow is supposed to get to 108° so 90° actually would be a cool spell. 66° is a nice nighttime temperature, though. ---

19 for definite. Which is why, of course, I live somewhere that is 32 or so every frigging day of the year. Last Friday was a standout example - watching my oldest’s school sports day. It was 4 hours standing in a field at 28 degrees, 94% humidity. Feeling the sweat pouring down my back was a truly unpleasant experience. ---

Cooler is better, but I like a bit of variety (which is lucky, because no two consecutive days are typically alike in England). ---

I prefer somewhere in the middle, about 24°C, but if that’s not a choice I guess I’d go with 32°C. That’s a pleasant summer temp without being unbearable, and I always prefer warm to cold. Right now where I am, 19°C is what we’re getting as winter ramps up, and it’s okay but not nice enough to be pleasant, still icy in the shade. ---

I prefer 66F. Unfortunately I live in an area where we only get weather like that for about a week in the spring and about a week in the fall. ---

I have no problem with either. It rarely breaches 80f where I live, so the 60’s are seen as pleasant. 90f is OK for vacations and stuff, and I’ve never had it bother me. My wife wilts at that temp though.l ---

I love 66-degree weather. It great for going out and doing things. Probably my favorite temperature for general activities. However, we have a pool. I love 90-degree days on Saturday and Sunday, because it means I get to float on my back, or splash around with my children, for hours at a time without getting cold. ---

66F. It’s been in the upper 70s/low 80s here in Ohio lately and it already feels like death outside. Humid as fuck. I’ve actually never experienced 90 degrees with low humidity, so I have no idea if I would enjoy it. ---
