That article reads like overheated partisan hackery to me, like someone used Unroll on one of Seth Abramson’s tweet threads and posted the result. This is not a compliment. Look, I want Trumpism destroyed and its practitioners jailed as much as anyone, but just because Dailykos or someone circulates a hopefully-viral link headlined “Elizabeth Warren ANNIHILATES Trump in 45 seconds!” doesn’t mean any annihilating was being done. This is more of the same. When Trump and his larvae are marched out of Mar-a-Lago in cuffs and fitted for orange overalls, _that_ will be “big.” Until then the breathless partisan cheerleading is just grift-adjacent puffery. ---

I totally agree. Frankly, at this point I really can’t envision a big smoking gun that implicates Trump and his White House cronies more than the evidence we already have does. We have everything. There is a already pile of solid evidence linking Jeff Clark’s efforts to the White House and Trump. We have freaking bullet-pointed documents and PowerPoint decks, composed by the seditionists, fully outlining the multiple conspiracies to defraud the United States. Lordy, we even have tapes. We are not lacking evidence. I don’t think I could fabricate evidence more convincing than anything we actually have. Seriously, I cannot think of anything I could fabricate that would be more damning than anything that is already out there. What we don’t have is a non- corrupted law enforcement agency willing to do anything about it. ---

You will see in that story and elsewhere that the Biden administration, acting in a responsible and non-vindictive manner, decided to uphold the claim of privilege for some Trump administration records.
