he was, and is. trump was trying to state as president he had absolute immunity over his actions on jan. 6th. doj is saying “no”, please, allow the lawsuit to go through. ---

They generally result in a sentence for battery with a flagpole’s point. Or by a ball bat when the attacker’s not as strong. So when you’re cult-ish (Hurray!) or mad (STOP THE STEAL!) Or illiterate (Wha-huh?) or bad (F\*\*\* your Feelings!) Or seditious (HANG MIKE PENCE!) or rad (Where’s the Shaman?!) An insurrection gets you a sentence, right? The inbreds gathered on the Mall, uh-huh-huh When Trump refused to make the ca-all. Trump showed his inaction With a Fox News distraction And the crowd carried on with their insurrection! ---
