There aren’t any rules preventing a lot of the crap these pogues have been pulling – I’m lookin’ at _you_, Senator Turtle-head – because until the last decade they weren’t needed. Even if we make rules in their wake, how will they be enforced? ---

And Republicans are fine with it. Will Republicans ever bend? There’s a reason they’d like the public misled, and I can’t believe anyone is falling for it, but millions of them are. Let what happened on Jan 6 at the Capitol happen tomorrow at the ICE facility outside of Chicago. I wonder what disingenuous Republicans (apologies for the redundancy) would call that. Fuckin bastards. ---
