# 7 story wave nails cruise ship

Here’s a [picture](http://www.norwegiandawn.fsnet.co.uk/images/Shipinfo%20Norwegian%20Dawn%20(208).JPG) of the ship. According to [this](http://www.ncl.com/fleet/03/deckplans.htm), deck 10 is at about 3/4 or more of the height of that ship. That’s a darned big wave. Thank goodness nobody on an open walkway was swept away.

And then another, heartier one. I love how it’s so easy to misspell ‘ship’ to ‘shit’ despite the distance between ‘p’ and ‘t’

Why does a ship called the “Norwegian Dawn” have a big Statue of Liberty painted on the side? Isn’t that kind of like a ship called the “Slovenian Sunset” with Sydney Opera House on it?
