> Thus they pay 5.25 tax for their healthcare. Thus that claim is obviously true.

Here [Reverse-Trump Tax Policies Lead To Economic Boom in Sweden - Second Nexus](http://secondnexus.com/politics-and-economics/swedish-tax-economic-boom/?utm_content=inf_677_1164_2&tse_id=INF_9117a210487811e780b645b806a7020f) is an article about Sweden, which

> Through a steady diet of tax increases and welfare spending, under Andersson’s leadership, Sweden’s economy grew at 3.1% of GDP in 2016, as compared to just 1.6% growth in the U.S. At the same time, Sweden’s tax burden is among the highest in the world, at 43% of GDP (as compared to 26% in the U.S.)

> Not everyone in Sweden is on board with these economic programs, however. As the top marginal tax rate approaches 70%, opposition to the current Social Democratic leadership has threatened a vote of no confidence against Andersson unless she withdraws any further plans to raise taxes.

However, this is not “because of Healthcare” but general welfare of the population; and has been shown to work (as compared to the “lets give tax breaks to the rich and trickle-down magic” in the US which has been shown to not work in greater prosperity and more jobs for the majority of the population.
