The interviewer ( probably Dave Davies ) seemed flustered, embarrassed and completely caught off guard. A great interview moment :D. I saw them on a reunion tour in the mid/late 70s, and I’m pretty sure they played it… Years later when I read the book _All the Rage_ (Ian McLagan’s autobiography) I discovered that Marriott had suffered a heart attack back at their hotel after the gig. ---
