# 72-Hour EEG: Ever Had One?

I know **basically** what to expect. Wear a do-rag, don’t wash hair, take meds as normal, but what should I definetely **not** do other than going out in public looking like that Monty Python character who says, “My **BRAIN** hurts!”😃

Can I drink beer/wine, for instance?

Can I ride my bike on my trainer?

Anything I haven’t considered?

Going to get mine put on Tuesday as further testing for the Alzheimer’s. ☹
