I always wanted to know what the women actually thought of guitar guy. Of course, we guys hated him, but we assumed the women were either genuinely enjoying him or simply used him as a cock-blocker. ---

Hahahahahaha #7 It’s happened to me twice. God was I messed up those two times. The worst one involved me throwing up 6 times, 5 of them in the morning AFTER I “woke up”. Never drinked fast since then. ---

[/QUOTE] Neither - too polite to say “guitar guy is keeping me from talking about the new shoes I bought with my girlfriends.” (A conversation, btw, that can last a lot longer than any guy could believe). (Unless guitar guy is actually cute AND talented, in which case women were genuinely enjoying him. But that is a rare rare thing - cute and talented guitar guys are usually playing gigs on Friday and Saturday nights, not sitting around parties.) ---

How about the ex who isn’t quite over you yet? I was cockblocked by one of these–except it was my boss, and she wasn’t quite over the girl I was interested in. Whenever that girl started talking to me she would pull her aside and talk to her about how it hurt her feelings, even though they hadn’t dated for years. ---

Oh, and how about #12, Spiritual Freaky Couple? One of these showed up at my 21st birthday party–and to make it worse, the lady was my ex. She read my (pages-long) horoscope from some book of weird Christian astrology and Would. Not. Shut. Up. At first I tried to humor her, but I was just too drunk and stoned for that crap.
