Another stat I meant to include earlier: Only three players have a chace at a repeat – yours truly, **Airman Doors, USAF** and **Justin\_Bailey**. By my count, we will lose 23 of the 48 entrants this weekend. 14 entrants have already been eliminated by picking the Chiefs, Saints or Colts. And nine (9) people each have picked either the Packers or the Eagles and will be eliminated later today. Due to my ‘expert’ picking of two teams with ‘byes’, I have reached the quarterfinals, along with 24 others. WOOT WOOT! ---

I don’t know the last time two #1 seeds met in the Superbowl. It seems very rare. EDIT: Okay, as rare as last year. Colts and Saints were both #1 seeds. D’oh. ---

Just to clarify, the primary tiebreaker when multiple people called both teams and the winner correctly will be the spread, right? Quick example, let’s say it goes chalk and Patriots beat the Falcons 30-17. That puts the following in the running: Gray Ghost - Patriots 41, Falcons 13 (-28) fachverwirrt - Patriots 31, Falcons 28 (-3) furt - Patriots 34, Falcons 13 (-21) Ellis Dee - Patriots 24, Falcons 17 (-7) jeezums - Patriots 34, Falcons 17 (-17) notfrommensa - Patriots 37, Falcons 17 (-20) With an actual win of 13 points, jeezums would be the winner, yes? Then total points would be the next tiebreaker, so if instead the final score were, say, Patriots 22 Packers 17 (-5), the first tiebreaker would eliminate everyone except me (-7) and fachverwirrt (-3), both 2 points off. The actual over/under of 39 is closer to my o/u of 41 (compared to fachverwirrt’s 59) so I’d get the win, right? ---

Looks like I’m out. The Falcons got devastated tonight so I’m down to the Steelers. Although, if rounds are a tiebreak, the only 3 Steelers prognosticators unbeaten into this weekend all picked the Falcons, so that puts me in the running when Pittsburgh makes the Super Bowl. Wow, it looks like I’m NOT out! How 'bout that? ---

I can’t believe how badly the Falcons got kicked in last night’s game. It’s like they all left their mojos at home. We’re officially down to two players now, yes? The AFC is irrelevant; either the remaining two players both called it right or both called it wrong. It comes down to the NFC Championship game. If the Bears win, **Lance Turbo** wins, if the Packers do it goes to **garygnu**. We’ll have a winner without even needing the Superbowl to be played. Do I have that right?
