If security cameras were pointed at the businesses they were supposed to be pointed at instead of a convenient patch of sky, then the images you seek were never made and therefore could not have been taken by Agent Johnson. (Would that be Woody Johnson, the agent in charge of the Centennial Park bombing investigation?) He could have taken the tape, but not the image. ---
